We are selling our beautiful home in Arlington. We are asking for $236,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom open well lit natural beauty. We have recently moved to Austin because of our work situations and are currently renting a house now. We have done many updates to the house through out the time we have lived there and have created a place that a future homeowner will appreciate.

Our story starts March of 2010 when we purchased the house. We had looked at various properties in the same price range and they were all old looking and not updated. Each one had reasons that they were not right for us. One had a weird lap pool on the side that was interesting but a turnoff all the same. Others had really old non updated features that really kept us from putting in an offer. At that point we were looking for good bones to be able to update the house with materials of our own choice. 10 or so houses later we were shown the Trails Edge House.
We were blown away with how unique the floor plan was. It was spacious and open with a modern feel but the coziness of a traditional house.
The windows are a wonderful feature that struck us as the most wonderful source of light coming through the house.
Just off the living room is a courtyard that is like a departure from everyday life. Depending on how we decorated, it felt like being on vacation.
We called it the window to the universe because when you look up you can see the stars at night.
There are two sliding glass doors that connect the courtyard to the living room to the screened in back patio. When both doors are open it creates a nice refreshing breeze way through the house.
The kitchen is bright and great for parties because it has a nice area to efficiently cook in with and island style bar in front of it.
I like that the sink, refrigerator and oven are in close proximity to each other which makes cooking simple.
There is a laundry room with a pantry and an extra sink on the way to a two car garage.
The front entry has a closet for easy access to jackets and umbrellas.
Bedroom 1 is large and has built in shelves. We used it as a bedroom and at other times it was my office for videography. At one point I had it painted as a green screen and created videos there.
Bedroom 2 is great for children or an office as well. The best part about this room is the giant walk in closet.
The master bedroom is spacious. I was surprised at how large this space was when I first saw it. I could easily fit three king sized beds in there if I wanted to.
The master bath is a nice relaxing place where natural light comes in through the three windows on the other side of the bath. There are two sinks in both bathrooms which is a nice feature for anyone who grew up with multiple siblings like me.
One of the best features of the master is the walk in closet. It has multiple built in shelves for a crazy shoe collection like mine. It has a shelf along the top which was great for Sally’s handbags and long bars across the sides for an outrageous wardrobe. We both love fashion and this was a huge selling feature for us.
At this point we were sold on the house being the one we wanted. It was so unique and naturally beautiful that we put in an offer on our first house. We still love this house and have had second thoughts on selling it because we love it so much. Oh yeah and the outside is nice!

This house was built for people who love nature and like to bring that through the design of their living spaces. From the lush backyard to the courtyard all the way up to the front yard this house is a natural beauty.
